For business
Get paid for the work your team already does
Your workers wear a phone on a head strap during their normal jobs. Robotics companies use the footage to teach robots real-world skills.
Who it's for
Built for hands-on teams
If your people do real work with their hands every day, that work can teach a robot.
- Plumbing
- Heating and cooling
- Electrical
- Construction
- Workshops and factories
- Warehouses and packing
- Event venues
How it works
Four steps, at your pace
- 1
Tell us about your team
A short form: your trade, how many people, and what a normal day of work looks like.
- 2
A short call
We talk through your work, what gets recorded and what doesn't, and answer your questions.
- 3
A small paid pilot
A few of your workers record for a short period. We review the footage together, so you see exactly how it works.
- 4
Grow when it works
Add more workers and more sites when you're ready. You can stop at any time.
What your business gets
New income, no disruption
A new income line
Earn for every approved hour of recorded work, paid weekly. Share it with your workers if you like.
Work as usual
Jobs run exactly as they do today. No extra staff and nothing new for your customers.
You stay in control
Choose which people and which jobs take part, and stop at any time.
Rates depend on the work and the country. We quote per project.
Privacy and protection
Your people, your customers and your know-how stay protected
We agree on all of this with you before anyone records.
- Faces in the footage are blurred
- No sound is recorded
- Every worker agrees before they record
- No customers in the picture
- Screens, documents and sensitive areas stay out of view
- Footage is used only to train robots
What you need
Three simple requirements
A recent phone
iPhone 12 or newer, Samsung Galaxy S21 or newer, or Google Pixel 6 or newer.
On site, in an approved country
Recorded where the work happens, in a country where we operate.
Real, hands-on work
Actual jobs your team does, from start to finish. Nothing staged.
Questions
Questions businesses ask
Who owns the footage?
Before anything is recorded, we agree in writing how the footage may be used: only to train robots, with faces blurred and no sound. Your business name and premises are never published.
What about our trade secrets?
You decide what is recorded. Tell us about any process, area or document that is off-limits, and we agree on it before the pilot. Workers keep screens, paperwork and restricted areas out of view.
Is it safe?
Safety comes first. The phone sits on a light head strap, and workers don't record any task where it could get in the way. Your own safety rules always apply.
How and when are we paid?
You earn for every approved hour of recorded work, paid weekly. Recordings are reviewed first, so payment follows approval. Rates depend on the work and the country, and we quote per project.
How many workers do we need?
A few is enough to start. The pilot is small on purpose, and you can add more people once you've seen how it works.
What does a good recording look like?
Real work from start to finish, both hands in view, good light, and nothing private in the picture. We share a short guide with your team before the pilot.
Know a business like this?
A contractor, a workshop, a warehouse or a venue: introduce them to us. Use the same short form and choose "I'm referring a business".
