What we collect, why we collect it, where your recordings go and how to use your rights.
This is a plain summary of how Robots Company handles your information.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address.
- Your application: name, phone number, LINE ID or WhatsApp, country, date of birth, phone model, shipping address and who referred you.
- Your contract: the contract you sign with us.
- Your recordings: once you start recording.
Why we collect it
- To review your application
- To ship your head strap
- To pay you
- To supply recordings to robotics companies, which use them to teach robots everyday tasks
Where your recordings go
Your recordings are sent outside your country to our partner and its clients. They are labeled with a contributor ID, not your name. We do not use your recordings to identify you.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- See the data we hold about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Withdraw your consent
These rights are protected by Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 25,326).
