How payments work
You are paid for approved hours on the 1st and 16th of each month. Rates and payment methods for Thailand and Argentina.
You are paid for approved hours
Every recording is reviewed. Time spent actively doing a real task that passes review becomes your approved hours, and you are paid only for those. Setting up, waiting and walking around without a task are never paid, and a recording that breaks the recording rules earns nothing.
When you are paid
On the 1st and 16th of each month, for hours approved since the last payday. Review takes time, so hours are paid on the first payday after they are approved, not right after you record them.
🇹🇭 Thailand
- Rate: ฿110 per approved hour.
- Paid by: Robots Co., Ltd., by bank transfer.
- Tax: ฿110 is the gross amount. Standard 3% withholding tax is deducted, and you receive a withholding tax certificate (หนังสือรับรองการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย, also called 50 ทวิ).
Example: 10 approved hours = ฿1,100 before withholding tax, or ฿1,067 after 3% is deducted.
🇦🇷 Argentina
- Rate: US$3.30 per approved hour.
- Paid by: our partner 1618 Robotics, in USDT, to the wallet address and network you give us when you apply: BNB Smart Chain (recommended: low fees, supported by Binance), Ethereum, Arbitrum One, Base, Optimism or Polygon PoS. USDT is a stablecoin that tracks the US dollar.
- Check your wallet details carefully. A payment sent to a wrong address or network cannot be recovered.
- Tax: You are responsible for your own taxes.
Example: 10 approved hours = US$33 in USDT.
Your 10% bonus is included
Both rates include a 10% bonus for joining the recording app with our Organization Code. You'll get the code and step-by-step setup once you're approved. Only hours recorded in the app under our code count toward your pay.
Getting more hours approved
Trainers whose recordings show lots of variety, with more rooms, more objects and appliances, and more kinds of actions, get approved for more hours. Approved Trainers find the details in the Trainer Handbook.
Your payout details
In Argentina you give your USDT wallet when you apply. In Thailand we ask for your bank details after you are approved.
